I don't really trust the scale at this point and it's not all that meaningful anyway. It bounces up and down and depends so much on what I've done in a short window beforehand. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is useless, but I'm not putting a lot of stock in it at this point. I do note that I feel a bit lighter, a bit better. Not hugely so - which is to be expected, it hasn't been long at all and I haven't kicked in any exercise - but it is there. I don't know that I really see it, but I *never* see it. It takes radical shifts in weight for me to see it. I am just happy to feel it and to feel the clothes fitting looser etc.

Day Total: 2,160. I think. Math is hard. Or I'm just lazy. Anyway, pretty close. Stupid pie.
Exercise: Nope. I might hit the grocery store though which would help.
