Yesterday felt like Friday. So did today, for that matter. Looking forward to a holiday weekend.
Scale was up today, but I didn't sweat it since I could feel that I was retaining some solid mass. I'll be lighter once that's gone, though today's food choices may cancel the effect out.
Breakfast: 2 slices american cheese, coffee
Last of this package, worked out perfectly. And as usual just a bit of food provided ample satiety for the morning.
Lunch: Double cheeseburgers
Ended up at the local burger hut, very much worth the 15 minute wait.
Dinner: TB supreme box, pepsi, a few chips
Thinking about a hot fudge sundae and a trip to the grocery store. But neither are going to happen.
Exercise: Nope. Coming up this weekend though.
