Despite The Binging

After eating 5k calories last night, I expected bad things.   Happy to not have a big gain.

Lunch:  Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spears, croissaint w butter, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt

Standard

Dinner:  BK double cheeseburger, spicy nuggets, mixed nuts, 24 oz Miller Lite

Working theory is that dehydration is a major factor in evening binges.  That plus leaving work too darned late.

Exercise:  Nope.  Still needing lots and lots of sleep.
