Whooshhhhed

And there goes a WHOLE lot of water.  Good.

Lunch:   Homemade vegetable soup, polish dill spears

Round 2, the third serving went into the freezer.  Quite please with how it turned out.

Snack:  4 strips thick cut bacon

Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese grinder, 12 oz Miller Lite


Got the whole, darn it.  I think it was more psychological than anything.  Quite full after.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, pedometer said the usual 2.5 miles or so.
