Uninspired

Not focused, not doing anything well at the moment.  With the end of the golf season, I'm going to need to get some other exercise.

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken sandwich x2, waffle fries, Dr. Pepper, cookie, Starbucks coffee.

Ate too much.

Dinner:  Leftover casserole, chips and jalapeno verde salsa

Exercise:  Nope

Lunch:  Ham, swiss, homemade buttermilk wheat bread w butter, polish dill, cherry Fage trublend yogurt


Bread was from the freezer and it wasn't as good as it was when fresh.

Dinner:  Casserole - chicken, cornbread, some other stuff.


Ate two helpings.

Exercise:  Nope
