Sleepday

Whew.  I woke up in the usual time frame, maybe a bit early.  Hit the recliner and eventually dozed.  I'll sometimes snooze for a while, but today I straight up slept.  Didn't get moving until well after 9:00 which never happens.  Well almost never.

Also got the treat of seeing a non-swollen left leg and feel just how messed up it is.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 5 strips thick cut bacon, hash browns with a bit of onion, salsa, sour cream.  Coffee


Tasty as always.  Breakfast is the greatest.

Lunch:  2x McDouble, later 2x cheeseburger, fries, Dr Pepper

Dinner:  Cheeseburger, potato salad, a few chips, cake and ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, some walking.  Pedometer said 4.25 miles.
