Expected bad news on the scale after overeating last night, but I must still be offloading water because I didn't get it. Which is good news.
Lunch: Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spear, croissaint with butter, Campbell's Well Yes tomato basil soup, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt
A bit much but all good.
Dinner: Domino's pep ham mush, trail mix
Cracked. Dammit.
Exercise: Nope. Legs starting to feel better at least.
