Breakfast:  1 hot shot stick, coffee

Lunch:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, italian sausage with peppers and onions, raisin toast with grape jelly

Misc:  Dr. Pepper

Dinner:  Ham pepperoni sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispy treat, dang coconut chips

Exercise:  Nyet
