You know, I could stay about this weight indefinitely. All I have to do is eat like I have been and I'll be the same fat dude forever.
Sigh.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Trio omelet (bacon/ham/sausage with cheese and sour cream), homemade wheat toast with butter
I've posted this one before, will add pic if I remember. Edit: I did.
Dinner: Pepperoni pizza
Same as last weeks, forgot to snap a pic. So here's a stock photo from a previous week. They really nailed it this time tho.
Exercise: Nope.
