Dinner:  Dominos pan pizza w pepperoni and bacon

Also:  64 oz grape powerade, some wheat thins

Exercise:  40 minutes shoulders and arms.  Ouch.

Woke up with a splitting headache.  This has happened a few times lately and never previously.  It's a little concerning.
