Still not in gear.  Need to be soon, not happy with body composition (or weight ldo).  The biggest fundamental problem is easily identifiable from this post.  Hint, it involves me being very very lazy.  On a related note, it's harder than usual to recreate drive thru menus because the ff places have been not giving receipts unless you ask due to the virus.  Which is dumb but what are you going to do.

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, 2x hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  McD 2x chbg, mcdouble, fries, coke

Dinner:  Hamburger w chz, mac n chz, brownie w ice cream, tb shr chx burrito, chz rice burrito

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
