More Normalcyish

Back open for business, more or less.  Which means even more of a return to the routine.

Even though it didn't happen today I acknowledge that I have to give up the sugar again.  Too many aches and pains, it's not just the covid 19 pounds.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Although I noted not eating breakfast, I was busy enough to not be hungry.

Lunch:  Ham and chesse sandwich, Fage cherry trublend yogurt, a few organic triscuits



Dinner:  BK 2x chbg, 8 pc nugget w ss, sm fries, coke, homemade pepperoni bacon pizza


Someday I'll defeat the curse of needing to eat immediately.
