Not Even False Starts

Another wasted week.  Didn't gain any ground, somehow didn't lose much, despite awful awful eating.  Not good tracking either.

Breakfast:  6 strips bacon, cinnamon raisin bread with butter, coffee

The bread was in the freezer for quite a while.  It wasn't great, but now it's gone.

Lunch:  Ramen noodles, coke, 2 mcdoubles

Better off when they don't have any at the store.  This week they did.

Dinner:  Hot dog, doritos, strawberries, cheezits, coke

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, 2x hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  McD 3x chb, fries, coke

Dinner:  TB shr chx burrito, bfb x2, chips and cheez, coke, raspberry chip ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, some extra walking

Breakfast:  Jala cheddar bagel with BEC, veggie cream cheese.  Coffee

Lunch:  McD 3x chb, fries, coke

Dinner:  Culvers mushroom swiss burger, fries, Dr P, mint chip custard

Exercise:  Nope


Thursday back to Monday

Fast food.

Awful.

No exercise.
