Woke up from a work dream this morning.  At least it wasn't one that was too horrifying, though it did feature me being late.  Not enjoyable.  Otherwise, I've got the aches and pains going.  Bad leg is revolting, it's really not happy.  I'll need to cut out the sugar this week and hope that losing the inflammation helps.

Breakfast:  Organic triscuits with cheddar cheese spread, coffee

Lunch:  Leftover steak, 2 strips bacon, mashed potatoes, McD 2x chzburger, coke

Dinnner:  TB chaulpa, shr chick burrto, fritos burrito, coke, mint chip ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Breakfast:  McD BEC biscuit, 2x hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken, lemonade, pepsi

Dinner:  Beef and cheddar sausages, cheesy potatoes, mac and cheese, cornbread, coke


Too close in time to lunch.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
