Day One No Donut No Cry

Well, two out of three.  A small step in the right direction.  I'm going to have to tell people that I'm being better about what I eat.

Breakfast:  2 hot shots, a little coffee

Hot shots are smoked sausage sticks from a local butcher shop.  They sell a lot of them, and not just to me.

Lunch:  Ham and cheese wrap, fries w ketchup, 16 oz Miller Lite, TB chicken burrito, beefy frito burrito, spicy potato soft taco, Dr. Pepper

Yeah, fail here.  Big time.

Dinner:  CF spicy hot beef bacon.

A tasty dinner.  Probably not what most people would consider a meal, but given that it's beef "bacon" it's really not notably different than a burger patty.  I might have a Founders Solid Gold later since I still have at least a dozen cans left.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Ouch.  Feet started hurting pretty bad on the 16th hole.  I wish this pair of shoes was just a bit bigger.  I'll be wearing a different pair tomorrow.  The feet are still barking and it's limited how much I've accomplished this evening.  Hopefully losing some weight will help in the future.
