Yuck.  I need to quit the fast food habit.  Badly.

B:  2 CFA chicken biscuits, coffee
L:  Corned beef hash, raisin toast, coffee
D:  Ham Pep pizza, 36 oz Miller Lite, some nacho chips, lemonade
Also:  2 lime outshine bars
Exercise:  9 holes with cart

L:  2 McD QPC, lg Dr Pepper
Snack:  TB chicken burrito, spicy potato taco, lg root beer
D:  Culvers single deluxe, fries, sm root beer, pork tenderloin sandwich, lemonade
Exercise:  Nope, long day
