Scones man. Not a good eating day.
Breakfast: 2 oz CF cajun jerky, coffee
Snack: Choc chip scone, pretzel
Lunch: 3 McD cheeseburgers, med Dr Pepper
Snack: Hot shot stick
Dinner: Pepperoni ham pizza, 24 oz Miller Lite
And: Small bowl choc ice cream
Exericse: 9 holes with cart
