One Meal Difference

I don't want to read too much into it, but having a simple meal of just protein and fat (okay, okay, plus a beer later) felt good.  I felt sated and even though I didn't do much I felt normal plus and not sluggish.  We'll see how that goes if I can repeat it regularly.

As an added bonus, I was able to get back to sleep this morning and get some additional quality - or close enough to it - sleep.  Woke up feeling notably less fatigued.  Even my cranky feet were pleased.  I threw a pair of insoles in the house shoes and I'm liking them so far.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium in butter, 5 strips thick cut Wright applewood bacon, Alexia hash browns in butter, coffee

Got a little carried away with the hash browns, hard to tell how many I had since most of it was a single frozen meganugget. 

Lunch:  None

Dinner:  A few triscuits with bar cheez, NY strip steak, potatoes, fresh green beans with a pat of butter, 12 oz Miller Lite, Oreos and ice cream

Also:  3 McD cheeseburgers, Dr. Pepper

Exercise:  18 holes with cart
