Urgh.  Kinda fail.  Mostly fail.

Breakfast:  2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, cream cheese, avocado and onion, 2 slices seeded bread of some kind with butter, 1 biscuit with butter, coffee

Snack:  Fritos

Dinner:  Leftover stew, Reeses peanut butter cups

Exercise:  Nope.

Sigh.
