I thought this would do more damage. Will explain in Monday's post.
Breakfast: ~ 2 oz ham
Lunch: 4 cups of chili with cheese, sour cream and lots of jalapenos
After golf: 16 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: Chicken cordon bleu (homemade) - chicken breast, slice ham, slice swiss cheese, some breadcrumbs. Asparagus
Dessert: NSA rice pudding cup
Exercise: Yep. Again with the 18 holes with cart.
April days with meaningful exercise: 10
