The Century Mark

Day 100

One hundred days. Pretty happy about that. I've done longer stretches, but by my own amateur reckoning once I've done 100 days some changes have taken root.

I "celebrated" (unintentionally) by having exactly the same menu as the previous day. LOL.

Breakfast: ~ 3 oz ham

Lunch: Chef salad with ranch, coffee

Dinner: Taco salad, spicy pork

Dessert: NSA rice pudding cup

No exercise, back to the office after dinner yet again. Getting old.
