Standard pre-golf breakfast out.  Very slow service.  Nearly forgot to take a picture.

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite, Jalapeno cheese popcorn

Dinner:  Bellatoria frozen sausage pizza


Pizza was OK.  They were out of the deluxe this time.

Later:  24 oz Miller Lite.  Went to an event.

Exercise:  18 holes w cart, lots of walking.  Then I walked downtown for the event and back home.

Lunch:  Pepperoni, cheddar, butter on pretzel roll, Fry Daddy jalapeno ranch mix


Also known as the out of ham sandwich.  Cleaned up the mix, it was quite a bit.  And (DOH) I bought a bag of regular flavor at the store tonight.

Dinner:  Dominos thin pep saus mush, Nicks cookie dough


Not as good as the last time I got this combo.  But it was fine.

Another Little Tick

Happily had another tiny tick down on the scale this morning.  It wasn't expected but it also wasn't a complete surprise.  I don't think I retained many calories from lunch.  Yeah.  I was rather fatigued late afternoon, I definitely think lack of food energy was a factor.  It would have been nice if I had gotten extra sleep but it really only amounted to 10 or 15 minutes. 

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  Busy enough that I never got around to that third cup.

Lunch:  Sandwich, Fry Daddy's ranch jalaeno mix


The mix is a lot like deluxe chex mix.  And I should not buy it, because after one day I'm pretty sure I could eat an entire bag with no difficulty.  Which would be bad, and not just because a bag is eight bucks.

Dinner:  Qdoba chicken bowl, Nicks PB cup


I dunno, it sounded good.  No regrets.

Exercise:  Nope.  Back at it tomorrow I believe.

A small drop on the scale means another new low.  That's a fun thing and comes despite some pretty shaky eating lately.  I wonder what would happen if I actually got serious.

Got up at the now-usual time, didn't sleep great and snored more than usual.  Probably has a lot to do with eating too much too late due to golf league. 

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Sandwich, chips and onion dip



Shouldn't eat onion dip during the week ldo.  Or, for that matter, ever.  Sandwich was ham, pepperoni, cheddar, butter on pretzel bun.  Will eat the same thing tomorrow.

Dinner:  Qdoba chicken bowl, a sample of Fry Daddy's ranch jalapeno snack mix, Nick's triple choc


All female crew at the Q tonight and they did not hook me up.  Plus they were out of fajita peppers.  Bummer.  Oh well, it was still pretty tasty.  Chicken is growing on me as an acceptable option, though I still very much miss the brisket and I'd rather have barbacoa (or the pollo asada at Chipotle).  The snack mix was an impulse buy, a product made here in the state.  I just had a little sample and it's quite good.  Will have some with my sandwiches the next couple days. 

Going to bed early, I'm out of gas.

More of the same.  Most of the physical labor part of moving is done, now it's just the process of organizing and eventually restoring the work flow.   Still calls for very long days.

Dinner:  Chef salad with ranch, 12 oz Two Hearted IPA, Nick's strawberry


Meh salad, they were out of Miller Lite.  But the Nicks was delightful - I think it's the second time I've tried the strawberry and I liked it a lot this time (was very meh the first time).  Will get again.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, moderate extra walking.  I am now very tired.

I don't know that I can ever remember a more active string of days.  Today was just once again just ridiculous.  Up at 4:30, doing moving stuff by 5:30, stopped just in time to get in a round of golf and then back for a couple more hours.  Good grief.  And there will definitely be some more of the same this week.

One side effect is that I was discombobulated enough this morning to forget to weigh in.  Oops.

Breakfast:  Coffee, donut

I had the last donut (technically the last two halves) of Friday's box.

Lunch:  BK southwest bacon whopper, chicken nuggets


Calorie bomb.

Dinner:  Brat w M, chips, pickle spear, asparagus, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Nick's cherry chip.


All good.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, average extra walking.  Plus all that other activity nonsense.  I am tired.

Lunch:  Deluxe sub, later had half a donut

A fat sloppy mess but very tasty.

Dinner:   Qdoba chicken bowl, CFA frosted lemonade


Got a FAT bowl with lots of chicken.  My burrito bro hooked me up.  The frosted lemonade was a treat and the best one I've had in a long time.

Exercise:  A very long and full day of moving stuff.  Very active.  I'm counting it.

Pizza was extra good tonight.  I had two little slices (1/4 of a 10" pie), a nice pile of salad and a cold beer.  It was delightful.

Exercise:  Well, yeah.  Moved a lot of heavy stuff.

Huh.  I don't know why, but despite eating pizza and the general craziness of the week I was down again this morning.  A new low I believe.  Should double check.  But I think so.  It would sure be nice to lose a couple more the next few days -- there will be opportunity as physical furniture moving will be happening -- but due to busyness the eating may be crap.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  I had about thirty seconds when I went by a restaurant where I thought I would actually like breakfast, but then remembered I just hadn't had coffee yet due to a blood draw and that I would be satisfied with that.  Good feeling.

Lunch:  Pepperoni and cheese sandwich

No ham today, ate it up yesterday.

Dinner:  Qdoba chicken bowl, Nicks mint chip

Pretty standard Q order, it was fine.  Still miss their brisket.

Exercise:  Nope.  Unless you count moving-related activities, which I do not.

Yeouch.  I woke up in the middle of the night, dozed in the recliner for a few minutes and then made the move back to bed.  Instantly seized up with a notably painful cramp -- foot cramp causing my toes to curl.  Ow.  Finally cleared that, dozed on the couch to hit the trifecta and got up at 5:00.

Accurate guess on the scale this morning.  I drank a ton of water yesterday, not all of which left, and also ate like crap and too much too late.  I'll live.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Ham, pepperoni and cheddar on a buttered pretzel bun, chips and onion dip


Cleaned up the cheese, chips and dip.  Quite efficient.

Dinner:  2x american, 2x mexican tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, Nicks cherry chip


Fat tacos tonight.  Pretty good.

Exercise:  Nope.  Rest day.  I'm rather tired, so very sleep deprived.

Just saw a commercial for a whooping cough vaccine ... for adults.  Wut.  

Another busy day coming up.  Woke up at 3:30 and this time I couldn't get back to sleep.  Doh.  On the plus side, before I went to bed last night I think I figured out why blogger wasn't playing nice with google photos.  So far so good and that makes me happy as it's so much more convenient that downloading and uploading.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w whipped cream cheese, coffee


Not good for me but pretty tasty.

Lunch:  Chipotle pollo asado bowl, DQ reeses blizzard

Dinner:  2x brat M/MR, chips, salad no dressing, a little vanilla ice cream w choc sauce, 12 oz Miller Lite

Also -- TB spicy beefy burrito, chipotle grilled chx burrito.

Exercise:  18 holes with card.  Am suitably tired.

Still living in bizarroland.  Woke up at 2:30, managed to make myself sleep in fits and starts until 4:30.  Actually spent time at the office before leaving for golf at 7:00.  So much to do and I'm just so inefficient.

Whew, glad it is Friday.  Woke up without the alarm at 4.  In to work shortly after 5.  Which made for a long morning.  At least I got a decent night of sleep with very little snoring and I didn't gain any weight despite pizza and short rest which I never would have expected.

Yup.  Two regular, one decaf and I could have easily had more.

Lunch:  Soup, pretzel bun w butter and sharp cheddar

Dinner:  Mini frozen pep saus pizza, jala cheddar popcorn, 24 oz Coors Light, Nicks PB choc


More than a little excessive.  Sigh.  The little pizza was decent, was on sale recently for $1.  390 calories.  About the same as the Nicks.  Pic is obv of half, at least I remembered.

I could see it coming.  Thirsty last night.  Drank a lot of water.  Didn't let much go.  Also retained other stuff this morning, didn't get that moving.  And so the scale as expected was up quite a bit.  I know it'll go away, but it's still a good reason not to eat that crap.

Lunch:   Egg bake (eggs, milk, sausage, ham, swiss/gruyere cheese, onion, green pepper, jalapenos)


Tasty.

Yeesh.  Too much.  But good.  It's a shame it's the last of the strawberry season.

Same as yesterday.  No chips tho.  And then I went to CFA.  Doh.

Cleaned up the dogs.  Applegate naturals, quite good but pricy.  I was underwhelmed by the onion rings, though they were better air fried for 8 minutes than they were at 10 yesterday.

Having a salad for dinner remains a good thing.  Moved out a bunch of stuff from the system and between that and a haircut (lol) I was leaner and lighter this morning.  It's kinda a shame that I get bored with salad (other than the late lamented taco salad) super fast.  Oh well.  Bad stuff on tap for dinner tonight.

Lunch:  Stacked ham and cheese on pretzel roll, chips


Working on cleaning some things up.  I'll finish the pretzel buns, ham and cheese tomorrow, wiped out the chips today.

Dinner:  Hot dogs, air fried Alexia onion rings, 12 oz Coors Light, a few cashews, Nicks PB cup


Not exactly health food, but I'll clean up the rest of it tomorrow.
