Day 147

Catching up...

Breakfast:  ~ 2 oz ham

Snack:  Hot dog with bun, mustard, onion

Lunch:  14 inch meat pizza

Dinner:  Grilled steak, salad with ranch, sugar free jello, 4 Lay's potato chips

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, moved some stuff around at home.
