Going To Snap Out Of This Soon

Day 148

Back to work.  Boo.

Breakfast:  ~ 3 oz ham

Lunch:  3 egg omelet with bacon, avacado, cream cheese; sausage; coffee

Snack:  ~ 2 oz spicy peanuts

Dinner:  Buffet - salad with ranch, steak, chicken, mac and cheese, misc toppings like jalapenos, ham, bacon;  3 x 12 oz Miller Lite

Ate too much.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart
