Catching up.  It's been a horrible stretch.  Compounded by feeling awful.  Today is the first in several where I'm borderline funcitonal.  Oh, I've worked through it, sort of.  But productivity has been crap.  And it's been miserable.

Breakfast:  A few Cheezit snapped

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken sandwich, fries, lg frosted lemonade, nuggets w polynesian

Excessive, expensive.

Dinner:  Pepperoni pizza, Dr Pepper

Also:  Cheez Kurls

Exercise:  Nope.  Man my physical condition is abysmal.

Dinner:  3 slices Jets pepperoni pizza

Also  Mc D 20pc Chicken McNuggets w sweet and sour, Dr Pepper

Lunch:  2 eggs, hash browns, italian sausage w pep onion, raisin toast w jelly, coffee

Dinner:  Ham and salami sub, garlic bread w cheese

Also:  Assorted junk food - rice krispie treats, apple pie etc
