Waste of a day really.  Sleep was mediocre but not excuse-worthy.  I just could not get going and wasted so much time.  My only goal now is to go to bed as early as possible so I can try again tomorrow.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Only had one cup since my stomach wasn't too thrilled.

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns big italian sub, salt & vinegar chips, Dr. Pepper

Garbage lunch.  Couldn't even muster up enough pep to leave work to get food.

Dinner:  2 mexican tacos, 2 american tacos, guac and a few chips.  Also had 3 squares of 92% dark chocolate.

Exercise:  Nope.
