It's been a while! Many weeks of excruciatingly bad eating and minimal exercise. Is problem. Fortunately I realize that it is problem and I think I can actually get something rolling here. Starting Monday, anyway. I have to polish off some leftovers first. Okay, it's not *necessary* but given how much I love Thanksgiving food, it kinda is.
