Breakfast: TH sausage bagel, sour cream donut, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl with chips
Dinner: Pepperoni bacon pizza, 64 oz grape powerade
Also: Some haagen dazs chocolate ice cream (add to yesterday also)
Exercise: 40 minutes core and cardio, worked hard
