I have to say, nothing sounds good lately.   But I still eat.  To excess.

Breakfast:  Panera asiago bagels w cream cheese, coffee

Yup.  Also a donut later.  Stupid birthdays.

Lunch:  Chili cheese dogs, fries w a little ketchup, coke

Yup.

Dinner:  Smashburger, fries w ketchup and fry sauce, sprite, donuts

Local burger place, kinda 5 Guys style.  Good burger, WAY too many fries.

Whew.  Humping all those hills was just enough to overcome the flurry of bad eating.  Barely.  Of course that's not sustainable.  But it is a fine reminder that I need to be more active.

Speaking of reminders, here is one for myself:  The way, when I get there, involves eating at home, cooking from scratch with whole, real ingredients.  Skipping the seed oils and chemicals.  Unplugging from all the negative stuff and spending my time productively.  It's not too late.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with Tillamook cream cheese, coffee, a couple leftover donuts


Standard.

Lunch:  3x TB soft tacos, coke

Dinner:  Brats MR, chips, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite, Oreos and ice cream

Also:  Mcnuggets, sprite

I knew this morning's weigh in was going to be bad, my expectations were that it would be brutal.  I drank an enormous quantity of water last night -- too much pizza, too much sodium, just bad.  But thankfully I had time to get rid of a bunch of it and for the system to process the other stuff before I weighed in and it wasn't as bad as it could have been.  I had serious, serious midsection bloat going on.  Ugh.

Really should stop making excuses and just fix it.  Now, not in three weeks.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels with Tillamook plain cream cheese, coffee


Standard.

Lunch:  2x McDouble, Coke

Yeah.

Dinner:  Steak, mashed potatoes, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite, chocolate ice cream

Extremely glad that it is the weekend.  It's going to fly by - heck it's already half over - but I'll take every minute of it I can get.

Nothing else of note, the week grinds on.  It wasn't a very productive day, unfortunately.  I have so much to do and so little motivation.

Was in a hurry, didn't take the time to heat up soup.

Dinner:  3 eggs sunny, hash browns in EVOO, bacon, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, good crisps

Good and lots of it, but I'm still experiencing the desire to eat.  Which is annoying. 

Edit:  Scratched the sweet itch with a glass of chocolate milk - I bought good milk from the health food store tonight and had a bottle of Simply Hersheys syrup that has been in the fridge for a while.  Tasty.

Whew, it's always a rush when you make so much as a half-assed effort to eat better.  So much water gets flushed.  It's weird to think how much a five pound sack of flour weighs and compare that to the outflow.  Anyway, glad to get rid of it. I already feel a bit better, the extra weight and fatigue was definitely making me struggle.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Again could have eaten something but busy enough that it wasn't an issue.  

Lunch:  Soup, grilled cheese


Bread was my homemade loaf with french organic flour, from the freezer.

Dinner:  3 eggs over medium hard, hash browns in EVOO, bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA


Also, a random Tootsie roll and popcorn in coconut oil with butter.  Hungry tonight.

With Precision

Predicted this morning's weigh-in with precision.  While impressive, also discouraging because it's bad.  I earned it, absolutely -- ate WAY too much yesterday.  And I have been way off for weeks now.  Time to buckle down some, though we're still three weeks away from having a bit more of a life.

It's definitely time, though. Between the lack of sleep and the extra weight I was suffering yesterday.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  I was actually a little hungry, but being busy makes it easy to ignore that.

Lunch:  Soup, sliced swiss cheese


I did not get around to making mashed potatoes over the weekend, so just soup.  It's better with mash.  But still, this was fine.

Dinner:  5x Mexican style tacos, later caramel pecan clusters


Unsurprisingly I needed extra tacoage.  Had a little bag of junk left from the weekend, cleaned it up.

Exercise:  Nope.  My sleep schedule is all kinds of messed up.  I woke up at 3:00 am yesterday and never went back to sleep, so it was a fantastically long day.  Managed almost seven hours last night, but I'm still way off.
