A small rebound this morning after last night's mini-meltdown. Today won't be great, either. It'll be a couple weeks before I can really commit hard to fixing things, but I'm doing SOME good things here.
Looking forward to it being over.
Breakfast: Coffee, donuts
Darned Friday treats.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese
Again. Soup inventory running a bit low.
Dinner: Chili cheese dogs, a slice of pizza, cookies

More water out the door. Let's keep it going. Though I think it's finally slowing down tonight.
Nothing else of note, the week grinds on. It wasn't a very productive day, unfortunately. I have so much to do and so little motivation.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Grilled cheese on homemade bread
Was in a hurry, didn't take the time to heat up soup.
Dinner: 3 eggs sunny, hash browns in EVOO, bacon, guac, 12 oz All Day IPA, good crisps
Good and lots of it, but I'm still experiencing the desire to eat. Which is annoying.
Edit: Scratched the sweet itch with a glass of chocolate milk - I bought good milk from the health food store tonight and had a bottle of Simply Hersheys syrup that has been in the fridge for a while. Tasty.
