As the snoring has gotten louder and more pronounced (according the app anyway) I muse, it is the fatness?  The sugar?  Poor physical condition?  Lousy air quality?  Overly soft mattress via foam topper?  What combination of those?  It's not alcohol since I haven't had any.  Could be dairy. 

Just wondering.

Anyway, another day.  At least the weight didn't spike after another awful day of eating.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips bacon, 2 slices homemade toast w butter, grapefruit, glass of whole milk, coffee


Honestly I like breakfast better with hash browns.

Lunch:  Culver's mushroom swiss burger, fries w ketchup, Dr. Pepper

Snack:  Chips and cheddar ranch dip, Coke

Dinner:  Chili w jala cheese oyster crackers and avocado, jala cheddar corn muffin, salad with lemon-olive oil dressing, brownie with vanilla ice cream

Exercise:  Nope.  Moderately active.

Yikes.  It was a rough week on the food front, fast food and soda.  This weekend isn't shaping up to be any better either.  Need to get cracking here, golf season is only a couple months away.

Not much happening.  Laying low, though I should be working.  

Disappointed to not get more sleep last night.  Didn't nod off until midnight, woke up about 5:30 for the usual reason but also had a terrible headache and sinus blockage.  Couldn't get back to sleep.  A hot shower and a cup of coffee helped with the head issues, but still.  Frustrating.

Superb owl sunday so the eating will be bad.

Breakfast:  Croissaints with butter, glass of whole milk, coffee

Yep, multiple croissaints.  Cleaning up the package I bought ... 2 weeks ago?

Lunch:  TB bacon club chalupa, 2x soft tacos, beef burrito, Sierra Mist

Dinner:  Chicken pot pie, applesauce, corn muffins, cowboy cookies and vanilla ice cream.  Chips and onion dip.  Sprite.  

I think that's all of it.  Lots of eating.

Sluggish start to the day, slept in until 8:00 (with the usual get up and go at 5).  Haven't done much of anything other than start a trash bag and turn on the dishwasher.  So it goes.  Objectives for the weekend are pretty limited so I'm on track.

Breakfast:  Bacon, a bigass avocado, leftover donuts, glass of whole milk, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns little john italian sub, Sprite


A pleasant six bite sandwich.  Which was free with yesterday's order.

Dinner:  Leftover deluxe pizza, Hudsonville mint chip ice cream


That's right, I got a pizza so big that there were leftovers even after I GORGED last night.

I was surprised not to take a hit for yesterday, I mean I ate way too much and expended zero energy last evening.  Stayed up too late doing nothing, but at least I slept fine.  And I wasn't up.  Weird.

Glad to be finished, needed more oven time really to be ideal.  Couldn't eat all of it.
