When Your Fail Is Epic-ish

Yeah, this was bad.  For many reasons.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Been getting hungry in the mornings, may need to eat if I'm not going to 100% fix the diet.

Lunch:  McRib, medium fries, large Coke, 3 leftover meatballs

Dinner:  2 McCheeseburgers, medium fries, large Coke

Also:  Pretzel pieces, Hostess mini apple pies

Exercise:  Nope
