Downpours

A very wet, stormy morning.  Woke up before 5:00 and it was already raining.  Tried without any notable success to get back to sleep, which is too bad because sleeping on a rainy morning is usually a pleasure.  Thankfully the power did not go out, though it did elsewhere in town.

Scale down an inconsequential amount, probably due to getting rid of lots of liquid.  

Glad it is Friday, lets get through this and on to the holiday weekend.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yeah.

Lunch:  BK texas whopper, fries, mozz fries, dr pepper

 Sigh.

Dinner:  Meat lovers pizza, coke

Local place, not the hut.  Was wildly excessive.  

Exercise:  Nope
