Summer routine has set in. I haven't gotten much accomplished and my abysmal physical condition has a lot to do with that.
B: A few salt and vinegar chips, coffee
L: McD QPC, mcchicken, Dr Pepper
D: Steak, four cheese potatoes, green beans w butter, cookies and ice cream, 12 oz Miller Lite
Also: Root beer
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
Not as tired today afterward. I think it helped that I got some extra sleep last night.
