Okay.  Again.

Here's the deal.  I need to do better.  I have not had a great deal of motivation, but I'm really unhappy with my bloated gut and general malaise.  Doing better isn't hard, I just need to do it.  And maybe now I can.

I was writing down some receipts last night and came to the realization that I spent a TON of money eating out last month.  I ate out far more often than I ate at home.  That changes.  Now.  June is going to be a fast food free month!

Seriously.  When you're me, that will be a challenge.

Breakfast:  Alexia hash browns prepared in butter, 3 slices leftover Meijer bacon, coffee

I also forgot to set out an avocado, so much advance FAIL
Poor planning in action, I am out of eggs.  Ate the last two yesterday.  I need to go to the farm this week to restock things like ground beef and real bacon anyway, so I'll pick up a couple dozen while I am there.  Love me some eggs.  Going to need extra protein before lunch.
