I had hopes of kicking things into gear today, those hopes ... were not materialized.  Oh well.

I do need to clean out the fridge.  It would be nice if the light worked -- I replaced the bulb but that didn't do anything alas.

Very good today.  Didn't ever have any coffee.

Lunch:  JJ vito sub, salt and vinegar chips, Coke

Memorial Day.  Honestly I would have been fine not playing golf, but it was a beautiful day once I got out there.  Limping a bit afterward, three days in a row is obviously way more activity than I'm used to.

Didn't feel great this morning.  A little cough, some lung discomfort, fatigue.  I decided I did not feel bad enough for it to be the rona but it's concerning.  If I thought I had a fever I would have stayed home, instead I just went in very late.  Feel OK this evening.

On the plus side I disposed of a ton of retained water.

This was quite good, will get again.

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns EC italian (minus mayo plus mustard), s and v chips, pickle, coke

Unexpected.

Weekend went by super fast, especially considering that I did close to nothing.

Got hungry mid afternoon but fortunately something came up to take my mind off it completely.

Dinner:  4 ground beef tacos mexican style with avo and hot sauce


Not their finest effort.  Not at all.

Also:  Bread pizzas with pepperoni, hot n spicy peanuts


Serious sugar craving and other mental issues tonight.  Ugh.

Paying the price, will continue since I have more crap I'm going to work through foodwise.  Really should do better than this though.  Hopefully some of the random cravings will have been squashed sufficiently.  Yeesh.

Breakfast:  3 eggs over easy in butter, Vigo Yellow Rice, coffee


Pretty tasty, really.  Eggs with starch is usually good.

Lunch:  Hudsonville peanut butter ice cream

Okay, one more thing gone.

Dinner:  KAF crispy cheesy pan pizza with pepperoni, 15 oz Coke, 24 oz All Day IPA, Hot n Spicy peanuts


Not quite as good as last time, likely because I failed to start the dough last night.  It really needs time to develop flavor.  Still enjoyable.

Exercise:  Nope.  Super inactive.  At least one more day in the deep freeze left.

Please ignore my complaining and griping.  I just need an outlet sometimes and talking to myself only goes so far.  Nobody is responsible for my shortcomings except me.

Anway,  another corona weekend.  It's bitterly cold - record cold or close to it - so little chance that I'll be going anything outside.  I'll probably go to Walmart today since I have a prescription to pick up and maybe I'll risk the rona and do a couple laps.

Breakfast:  Ramen noodles, coffee


Seriously.  Well the good news is that I'm out of ramen.  And once I get the kitchen picked up maybe I can start getting back on track with cooking and eating at home, though I do have some junk planned.

Lunch:  TB shredded chicken burrito, 2x BFB, coke, fudge marshmallow cookies


Blergh.  Bought WAY too much crap this week.

System Unstable

Blah.  Stayed up too late.  Eating poorly.  No exercise.  No wonder the system is messed up.  At least it's moving stuff through.  Barely made it home in time though, yikes.

For the most part though I blame that frozen pizza. 

Breakfast:  Cheddar jalapeno bagels with veggie cream cheese


We need a better bagel place around here.  This place is better than Panera but that's about all I can say for it.   Actually, on second thought, it's probably good for my weight that there is not one.

Lunch:  Culvers 2x Double Deluxe, Dr Pepper


Special of the day.  And some fail.

Also:  TWO BAG SHOTS in one day.  Yikes.

Dinner:  Homemade pizza with pepperoni, red bell pepper, onion, jalapeno and mushrooms, 24 oz All Day IPA, will probably have a gin and tonic later


Glorious.  Used up much of the veg I had in the fridge (other than carrot and celery ldo).  And even though I bumped up how much I ate over the usual half pizza, I'll still have generous leftovers for the next couple nights (or lunch).

Late start, long sleep, hungry, ate.  Didn't do so well in the photo department.

Lunch:  BK double cheeseburger, cheeseburger, 4 pc jalapeno cheese bites, Coke

The cheese bites were tiny but golden, the rest unusually fine for BK.

Dinner:  Frozen pizza with jalapeno and bacon, 24 oz All Day IPA, gin and tonic later.


Thankfully I'm running low on junk.  I'll make my own pizza next time.

A fine Sunday morning to all.  Getting it started with the breakfast of champions ... pizza rolls.  Yeesh.  I think I need to clean up the kitchen and put the groceries away, it's not appealing to cook when I've got stuff strewn about.

On the plus side exercise is good.  Now if I can just get it daily (and while I'm at it move the diet back closer to TCD so I can lose the extra puffiness around my middle).

Breakfast:  Pizza rolls, coffee


Okay, done with those.  Still have junk left tho.

Lunch:  Hot dogs fully dressed with buttered buns, cheese, ketchup, jala mustard, dill relish and onion, Lays dill pickle chips


As long as I'm eating processed craps, here you go.

Dinner:  McD mcdouble, hs McChicken, Dr. Pepper.   Hudsonville Mint Cookie Dough ice cream, additional dill pickle chips.  May have a gin and tonic just to top off this debacle.

I have a photo of the ice cream, it's just not uploading for some random reason.  Anyway, additional and massive fail.



Exercise:  9 holes walking, at about 9,000 steps/3 miles per the phone.

Going for normalcy today, though I woke up too early.  No idea why, either.  It's annoying.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips bacon, Alexia hash browns in butter, slice of cinnamon raisin bread with butter, coffee


Fueled up for some golf.

Lunch:  McD 2x H&S mcchicken, 2x cheeseburger, Dr Pepper

Food was mediocre, Dr was on point.   Need to not drink that stuff tho even when it sounds great.  Forgot to take a photo.

Dinner:  Meijer combination pizza rolls, 24 oz All Day IPA


Junk food, I bought some.  Should have just bought gin and tonic water but was asked to buy groceries for someone so I bought a few things too.  Oops.

On the positive side, I didn't buy any hot and spicy peanuts, though I did buy a jar of peanut butter.  Ay yi yi yi.

Exercise:  9 holes walking, plus a lengthy trip to the grocery store.  Over 11k steps/4 miles per phone.  The walk was not a strain at all.

Well at least the eighth week of March is over.  Longest month ever.

On the weight front, April wasn't great Bob.  Up.  But not a huge amount and considering the massive slacking and some serious bingeing and not exercising, it wasn't so bad.  Still struggling with focus.  But maybe I'll get there.

And it's Friday, thank goodness for that.

Breakfast:  Bagels with cream cheese and cheddar bacon cream cheese, coffee

Change up.  Kinda disappointing.  Guess I just like the salt/pretzel bagels a lot more.

Lunch:  CFA spicy chicken, 8pc nugget, mac and cheese, lg frosted lemonade


All good.  Stuffed.  Probably could have skipped the nuggets.

Dinner:  Leftover (from the freezer) sausage and mushroom pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA, small gin and tonic, gin and grapefruit Spindrift


Solid, but seriously considering making a batch of orange rolls for the weekend.  May just drink instead.

Edit:  Add a bowl of popcorn with butter and I'm considering one more drink before bed.
