Needed it to be the weekend.  Will need to work some tomorrow, but it's sure been nice taking today off.  Oh, and tomorrow is May, yikes.  Time to try to step up the program a bit.  I'm happy about making it through the week without (meaningful) sugar.  I say meaningful because I'm not inclined to scrape ketchup off my burger and I do have a couple altoids most days.  It would be nice to get to true zero but we'll see.

Breakfast:  McDonalds sausage biscuit and a little coffee

Lunch:  Corned beef reuben sandwich, mac and cheese, 12 oz Founders all day IPA

Snacks:  Chips and onion dip, some cheeze its.  Neither all that thrilling, kept quantities modest.

Dinner:  Progresso chicken with white and wild rice soup, ham and cheese on kaiser roll with butter

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.

Oh yeah.  Vegetables.  Hmm.  Maybe I can find some tomorrow.

I am having a hard time deciding what to eat, especially at dinner.  It's weird.

Breakfast:   McD sausage biscuit, coffee

Lunch:  2 TB beefy crunch burritos

Dinner:  Pork burrito, chips and salsa, cheez its, 12 oz Bells Oatsmobile Ale

Exercise:  Nope.

Busy day.  Tomorrow maybe I should, you know, eat a vegetable?

Breakfast:  2 sausage patties, ~ 1 oz pepperjack cheese, coffee

Lunch:  ENORMOUS qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pizza Hut supreme pan pizza with meatballs 

Exercise:  40 minutes core and arms, went very hard (for me).  Great workout.

Survived a trip to the store.  Some sugar cravings tonight but not too awful.  Speaking of awful, today's food choices were ... not good Bob.

Breakfast:  Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Wendy's double with cheese, value fries

Dinner:  2 TB beefy crunch burritos, some chips and onion dip, cheezits, 12 oz Bells Oatsmobile Ale

Tired.  Long day.  No sugar, though.  Happy about that, less happy about some of the crap.

Breakfast:  big bowl of homemade chicken soup, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Snack:  Taco Bell beefy crunch burrito

Dinner:  Lasagna, salad with ranch, 24 oz Miller Lite

Also:  a terrible McDonalds QPC.   Even at free it wasn't worth it.  Yuck.

Exercise:  40 minutes core and legs, 9 holes with cart

Coming Back Around

Ready to give it another go.  Grudgingly.  Tired of being fat and tired, but so very addicted to bad food.  Didn't get all the way underway today like I had hoped -- too tired this morning to get up and walk and work kept me away from the lunch at home I had planned.  Two meals out isn't very good.  But the daily total isn't too horrible, it's a small step in the direction of the right direction.

Breakfast:  2 Bob Evans sausage patties, ~ 1 oz pepper jack cheese, coffee

Lunch:  Quizno's 8" classic italian sandwich plus jalapenos.

Dinner:  4 tacos, mexican style with cheese, hot sauce.

Also:  12 oz Bells Oatsmobile Ale

Exercise:  Nope.

I think I am going to cut carbs, in large part because it's easy.  So in that respect today wasn't so hot.  Still better than things have been lately by a bunch.

Hah, I never finished writing this post and then apathy got me for a couple of weeks.  Apathy and being slammed beyond belief at work.  Oh well.
