Lunch:  Spicy nacho doritos, brachs autmumn mix

Dinner:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips, grape powerade

Off to a slow start, rained out golf.

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit and coffee, some Lays cheddar pepper chips

Lunch:  Progresso chicken with white and wild rice soup, chili cheese fritos (lots)

Dinner:  Culvers bacon deluxe, chicken tenders with ranch, fries no ketchup, mint oreo shake

Exercise:  Nope

And pretty happy about that.

Breakfast:  TH sausage bagel, sour cream donut, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza, 64 oz grape powerade

Also:  Some haagen dazs chocolate ice cream (add to yesterday also)

Exercise:  40 minutes core and cardio, worked hard
