A weird day.  Didn't eat until 4:15, then ate tons of crap.  Sigh.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  2x McDouble, Coke Zero

Like I said, at 4:15.

Dinner:  4x Mexican tacos, donut, chips

Junk.

Exercise:  Nope.  Long, long workday.
