Okay, that was odd. After a rough, low energy day yesterday I grabbed dinner and hit the recliner. Did absolutely nothing, intentionally. Got ready for bed early but wasn't sleepy. And then the faucet kicked on. I got up four or five times over night to dispose of water, no idea why since I had excessive carbs yesterday. It was all retained, too, as I only had about 12 oz of water and 12 oz of Gatorade Zero.
But I guess I am not complaining. Other than preventing fully consecutive sleep, it was not an issue.
Breakfast: McD BEC biscuit, Egg McMuffin, hash brown, coffee
The last thing I felt like doing this morning was fixing anything.
Lunch: 2 leftover slices of pizza
Instead of eating at lunch I took a nap. Or at least I tried, with middling success. Had some pizza left from Wednesday in fridge at work so I had that when I got back.
Also had a snack of a small ice cream cone with a scoop of butter pecan.
Dinner: Italian beef, fries
Tasty, zero effort, bad for me. Let's see if I can go to bed early.
Exercise: Nope.
